1 Winbet Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Usage Policy

All financial transactions on the 1 winbet platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Available deposit and withdrawal methods are limited to Malaysian local payment options only.

Payment methods accepted by 1 winbet:

Deposit conditions:

• Minimum deposit is RM 10 every transaction.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same member's name. Deposits via another person's account or e-wallet are not permitted.
• Successful deposits will be credited to your 1 winbet account within 3 minutes. Any unusual delays should be reported to our support team.
• 1 winbet does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges in accordance with their service terms.

Withdrawal conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 every transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the 1 winbet account holder.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, you may be required to complete an identity verification (KYC) process, including verification of your name and bank account number.
• 1 winbet reserves the right to place withdrawal processing on hold until satisfactory identity verification is received, particularly for large withdrawal amounts.
• Balances in a 1 winbet account do not accrue any interest and may only be used for betting and gaming activities within the platform.

The 1 winbet platform offers a wide range of betting options and games, including Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League football, EPL, BWF badminton, cricket, e-sports, and over 30 other sports), slots, live casino, and poker. All betting and gaming activities are subject to the following terms:

• Valid bets: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the 1 winbet system and a bet ticket number has been issued. Unconfirmed bets are not considered valid.
• Final results: All betting results announced by the 1 winbet platform are final. Results are based on the official outcomes determined by the relevant sports governing body or game provider.
• Odds: The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the odds that will be used to calculate winnings. Any change in odds after a bet has been confirmed will not affect existing bets.

• Log out of your account when using a device shared with others.
• Report to the 1 winbet support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party.
• Do not access the 1 winbet platform via unsecured public WiFi networks for any financial transactions.

1 winbet will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

To maintain a fair and safe gaming environment for all members, 1 winbet strictly prohibits the following conduct. Any violation may result in permanent account suspension or closure without compensation:

• Fraud and forgery: Providing false identity information, falsifying documents, or impersonating another person during registration or account verification.
• Multiple accounts: Registering or operating more than one account on the 1 winbet platform, whether under your own name or another person's identity.
• Money laundering: Using the 1 winbet platform for money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Game manipulation: Using automated software, bots, or other technical means to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of poker or any other game involving player-versus-player competition.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, inaccurate odds, or system vulnerabilities on 1 winbet to obtain unlawful gains.
• Third-party use: Allowing or facilitating another individual to use your account for betting or financial transactions.

An account on the 1 winbet platform may be closed in two ways — at the member's request or at the platform's discretion.

Closure at member's request:

• You may request to close your 1 winbet account at any time by contacting our support team.
• Before closing your account, ensure all active bets have been settled and any remaining balance has been withdrawn to your Malaysian bank account or e-wallet.

Closure initiated by 1 winbet:

• 1 winbet reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any member found to be in violation of these terms and conditions, without prior notice in cases of fraud or illegal activity.
• If a closure occurs due to technical or operational reasons unrelated to a terms violation, any remaining balance will be returned to the member via the same payment method used for the last deposit.
• Accounts inactive (no login) for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an administrative fee or closure at 1 winbet's discretion, following notification to the member's registered email address.

The 1 winbet platform provides betting and gaming services on an "as-is" basis and to the extent permitted by applicable laws. Members use this platform at their own risk and responsibility.

• 1 winbet is not liable for any financial losses incurred by members while using the platform, including losses from Sports Betting, slots, Live Casino or poker.
• We do not guarantee that the platform will always operate without technical interruptions. 1 winbet is not liable for any losses arising from service disruptions, technical failures, or internet outages beyond our control.
• In the event that a technical disruption causes a bet to be incorrectly processed, 1 winbet will endeavour to resolve the matter fairly based on available system records.
• Each member bears full responsibility for their own decision to bet or play, and may not seek compensation from 1 winbet for any losses incurred in lawful gambling activity.

1 winbet takes our responsibility to protect members' personal information seriously. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed entirely by our Privacy Policy, which can be read in full on the Privacy Policy.
